*How long will you ship out my miners after payment?
VitaMining promises that all products will be shipped out within 3-5 working days after careful testing and packing, using DHL, UPS or FedEX, depending on your location and fastest available service.

*How long will it take to ship my order?
Generally the shipping takes 5-10 days by air. 
In cases of extreme weather and holiday rush, a delay of 5-10 days might be possible. 

*How can I check the status of my order?
When shipped by airline or express, you can track your order by the TRACKING NUMBER given by the shipping company. Our team will send this number to your email or Whatsapp as soon as possible.
You can check the status of the shipment on the tracking website of the shipping company and be prepared to pick it up.

*What if my package got lost or damaged during transportation?
Vitamining fully insure each machines. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Any package loss during shipping will be compensated.

*Do I need to pay for tax or duties?
Taxes, duties, and value-added tax will be included in the shipping cost for shipment to the United States. For international shipment, we will help you to figure out the cost of duties, taxes or fees in your region and help you with customs clearance.
